QueUp provides smart open-play queue management and matchmaking software for pickleball clubs, court operators, and open-play organizers. This policy explains what we collect through this marketing website and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you request a free trial, a demo, or a custom quote, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, club or venue name, country, court count, typical open play attendance, your current queue method, and anything you write in the message field. We use this only to respond to your request, set up your trial, and communicate with you about QueUp.

Information we collect automatically

We record anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, sections reached, scroll depth, buttons clicked, referrer, and the campaign parameters (UTMs) present in the link you arrived from. We also store a randomly generated session identifier. This data is not used to identify you personally; it tells us which pages and messages help clubs understand the product.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary storage keeps the site working, including your cookie choice and your session identifier. Optional analytics — Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — help us measure traffic and see where visitors get stuck. In regions where prior consent is required, these optional tools load only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that host our site and database or provide the analytics tools described above, and only as needed to operate QueUp. We may disclose information where required by law.

We keep lead submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and support your interest in QueUp, and anonymous analytics events for a limited period for trend reporting.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in a database with row-level access controls. Only authorized QueUp administrators can read lead records.
