Acceptance

By using the QueUp website or submitting a trial, demo, or quote request, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a club, venue, or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so on its behalf.

Free trial

Eligible clubs may use QueUp free for 14 days. The free trial belongs to the club or organization, not to an individual account — normally one 14-day trial per organization. No credit card is required to start. Trials are intended for genuine evaluation during real open play sessions and may be limited or ended if misused. At the end of the trial you choose whether to continue on a paid plan; we will not charge you automatically without your agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, resell access without permission, or use QueUp to store unlawful content. Player-facing features must be used in line with your own club rules and applicable law.

Your content and player data

You keep ownership of the club and player information you enter. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for telling your players how it is used. We process it to provide queueing, matchmaking, and reporting features.

Intellectual property

QueUp, its software, matchmaking logic, designs, and brand are owned by QueUp. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership. Custom work delivered under a quote is licensed for your use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Availability

We work to keep QueUp available and accurate, but the website and trial are provided as is, without warranties. Planned maintenance and updates may cause brief interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QueUp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost play time, lost revenue, or disputes between players arising from queue or match decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
