Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QueUPro, the Smart Open Play & Court Management Platform at https://queupro.com, operated in the Philippines. By starting a trial, subscribing, or using QueUPro, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

QueUPro provides pickleball player check-in, queue management, Smart Auto Pick matchmaking, live TV court displays, reports and, on selected plans, court booking and point-of-sale tools.

• Personal Plan — ₱499/month: for casual groups and private Open Plays, up to 4 courts.
• Club Plan — ₱1,499/month: for recurring club Open Plays, up to 4 courts, with club branding and analytics.
• Pickleball Court Plan — ₱2,499/month: for commercial venues, up to 200 courts.
• Custom plans: custom workflows, features or integrations, priced separately by written quotation.

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to the chosen plan. Features available on each plan are described on our pricing section and may be improved over time.

• You get 7 days of free access when you start a trial.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Philippine pesos (PHP) through our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, only after the 7-day trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime before day 7 ends and you will be charged nothing. Cancel from your billing portal or by emailing us.
• After the trial, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then and you won’t be billed again.
• For billing questions or refund requests, email dchan@bwdigital-marketing.com. We review each request fairly and in line with Lemon Squeezy’s policies and applicable law.

The person or organization that creates a workspace (“Workspace Owner”) controls it, including who can join as staff and what player information is recorded.

• Keep sign-in details safe and give staff only the access they need.
• Collect player information lawfully, tell players how it is used, and obtain any consent required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
• Make sure the information you enter or import (for example from Reclub or spreadsheets) is accurate.
• Respond to players’ privacy requests about data in your workspace.

You agree not to:

• Use QueUPro for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes.
• Try to access other workspaces, bypass security or disrupt the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform without our written permission.

We work to keep QueUPro available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events outside our control. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

To the extent allowed by law, QueUPro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or interrupted games or bookings. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines.
