Start by creating Categories (such as Beverages, Snacks, Raw Ingredients, Merch, or Equipment Rentals), then add your Items. QueUPro supports three item types: regular stocked items, hourly rental items, and made-to-order menu items.
- 1
Create categories
In Inventory & POS → Categories, press + Add category. Choose a sales group and tick "Food category" if the items are food or recipe ingredients.
- 2
Add an item
In the Items tab, press + Add item and enter the name, category, unit (pcs, g, ml, pack, etc.), selling price, and cost price.
- 3
Choose the item type
Leave both checkboxes off for regular stocked items; tick "Rental item" for gear rented by the hour; or tick "Made-to-order menu item" for kitchen/cafe items that deduct recipe ingredients when sold.
- 4
Set pack size & low-stock alerts
Optionally set "Pieces per pack / case" (so you can stock in by the case) and "Low-stock alert at" (so the Overview tab flags items that need restocking).
