All inventory changes in QueUPro are recorded in an immutable stock ledger. Use Stock In / Out for supplier deliveries and non-sale removals, and Adjustments for physical count corrections or initial stock.

  1. 1

    Record a Stock In delivery

Go to Inventory & POS → Stock In / Out, keep "Stock in" selected, and enter the date, supplier, and receipt/DR number.

  2. 2

Enter quantities, unit costs & expiry dates

Add one or more item lines. Entering a unit cost automatically updates the item's cost price. For items in a Food category, enter the batch expiry date so Overview warns you 7 days before expiry.

  3. 3

Record Stock Out for non-sale usage

Switch to "Stock out" to deduct stock for internal use, promos, or spoilage with a reason and reference number.

  4. 4

    Run physical count Adjustments

In the Adjustments tab, pick an item and choose Count correction or Initial stock (where you enter the exact counted quantity on hand) or Damage / Spoilage / Loss.
