Scheduling Open Play Court Blocks

Reserve booking courts for one-time, daily, or weekly Open Play sessions so they cannot be double-booked.

Use the Open Play Booking tab to block out courts on your booking calendar for upcoming Open Play sessions (one-time, daily, or weekly up to 120 sessions at once). Dates that already have a conflicting court booking are automatically skipped.

Open the Open Play Booking tab
In Booking Management, switch to the Open Play Booking tab.

Select courts, time & session period
Enter the title, choose the courts to reserve, set the start/end time, and pick Morning, Afternoon, or Evening.

Set the repeat schedule
Choose One time, Daily, or Weekly (pick weekdays and either a number of sessions or an end date) and review the availability preview.

Schedule & manage upcoming dates
Press Schedule. You can tap any upcoming date chip under Scheduled Open Play to edit just that date or all following dates, or cancel upcoming dates.
