Setting Up Booking Courts, Rates & Hours
Add bookable courts, set hourly rates, configure operating hours, hold timers, and rental deposit or late-fee rules.

Before taking reservations, set up your bookable courts in the Courts tab and your club's operating hours and hold timer in the Settings tab. Booking courts are separate from your live Open Play dashboard courts, so changing one never affects the other.

Open the Courts tab
Go to Booking Management → Courts and press Add court. Enter the court name, hourly rate (₱), and display order.

Set custom court hours (optional)
Toggle "Use different hours for this court" if a specific court opens or closes at different times from the rest of the club.

Configure club operating hours & hold time
Open the Settings tab to set your weekly operating hours and default hold expiry time (15, 30, 60, 120, or custom minutes).

Set event quotation defaults & rental rules
In Settings, configure default tax and reusable Terms templates for event proposals, plus optional rental late fee and deposit rules if Inventory & POS is enabled.
